BIO
During his 20 years in the hospitality industry from cook to restaurant owner, & everything in between, he comes by restaurant/food photography honestly. With a few years cutting his teeth as resident photographer of Toronto College Street’s 'Orbit Room' documenting live bands & industry characters, it was some career altering support from some of Canada’s finest Architects & Interior Designer that set him on the path he is today, shooting the design of revered restaurants/hotels/private-homes, spinning the plates & faces of Star Chefs, restaurateurs; while traveling the world capturing lifestyle, personal/corporate portraiture, & exclusive events, all wrapped up in a Travel Photographers portfolio. Dozens of his images have been featured in or produced for many International Travel & Food Magazines along with several books including the entirety of John Bil’s book Ship-to-Shore published by House of Anansi.
